JamesT, I did, nor would I blame Bush for the gas prices. I know a lot people who want to blame someone else for the problems of the nation. I am not one of them. I know what ills permeate this nation and the " Blame Game " is just one of them. How we cure things like the " Blame Game " is beyond my pay grade and I make no pretenses other wise. I do not deal well with nor do I accept dichotomies that exist in this nation and I find it very difficult to deal with ignorance. I do not blame even my four children for things that go wrong. I just want the facts and then deal with the problem at hand. I just expect honesty from my children and the numerous others I interact with daily. I also expect the truth from those that represent me in Washington---now and in the past.
Remember when Queen Bee Nancy Pelosi was blaming the gas prices on George W Bush's oil men friends? Well, the entire Lame Stream Media was following your scripted talking points. Now, it appears Obama will endure even higher fuel prices. Naturally, he will blame Bush as he blames everything from tsunamis to Reagan for his own failures. Watch the spin on this like a spinning propeller!
Valleyman, you are a complete moron. Did you ever study Economics? If you had you would realize that the oil industry does not fit into any economic model known to man except " The Art Of Greed. Even the government, as dumb as they are, recognizes this and that is why the government does not include fuel prices in the Consumer Price Index. Grow up moron and try not discussing things that you have no clue about. When your GOP admits that the problems in our economy are a direct result of Cheney, Bush, and Henry Paulson then and only then will things be capable of being healed. It is easy to sit and blame someone for the ills of our society and government when you haven't got a clue.
Hollowood you are stuck on stupid. When Bush left office gas was $1.84 a gallon. Hussein's policies including no gas line from Canada has caused this, the oil that was already here is not been refined and resold to China. Another Obama scew up and Libtard Union Hacks agreeing. You are getting in Core's league for stupidity.
This is the 1% at it's finest. There is no reason whatsoever for the prices we are seeing today----except the 1% GREED. Their day is coming. They will need their billions to buy their own security forces.
